Physicians Group is a great place to treat if you were involved in accident. The receptionist and therapist are all very friendly and professional. The doctors are all amazing and the office is always very clean.

Would definitely recommend Physicians Group. The staff is very helpful, courteous. Knowledgeable. They also have a great sense of humor especially with those of us that come in hurting in painalong with having multiple questions at times we come in grumpy and they still remain smiling and helpful and professional.

There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am for them! During a terrible time, they were there for the whole recovery process. They were excellent with communication and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way.

The reason I am giving a five star rating is as follows.. The Lakeland office is very respectful. They treat there patients with respect. The front desk staff is very astonishing and accommodating to your every need. the therapy room staff is also very nice. They are very gentle when your in pain. and the chiropractors at the Lakeland office are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this office to anybody. I am very pleased.<3 <3 <3

Great since day one. All the staff Dr. levy, Dr. George, Jason, and all the girls in back along with the front staff Shellie and Angie have been a great help and so very nice. If you have any questions about anything or any concerns they are answered immediately and to where you can fully understand. They are all very helpful and sweet.

After a serious injury in a car accident, my mother ended up needing a neurology specialist. Physicians Group was able to connect us with an amazing doctor who took the time to explain what our next steps were. Her recovery is going fantastic and I truly believe it’s thanks to the amazing care she is getting.

Have come here in relation to 3 separate accidents. Treatments plans are very effective in getting me back to work and a better quality of life after my accidents. You never have to wait very long in the office for treatment. I personally have never waited more than a few minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

Love this place!!!!! Staff is great, Doctors and Physical Therapist are very welcoming to new patients and treat you like family. The environment here is clean and full of positive energy each visit. I highly recommend Physician's Group to anyone that has been in a car accident, they will definitely help guide you to getting your self back to a pain free and happy life.

I am having nothing but a smooth ride being treated at physicians group in Lakeland everyone is very professional and helpful. I’m not the brightest and Dr. Hector Ramos explains how I can minimize my back and neck pain and will adjust how it’s explained to help me understand .Hector Ramos is great and funny making you feel like family as well as the others working at this location. Nothing better than a comfortable environment while being treated for an issue you have. Many names can be listed in this review like Dr.Mane Joseph as well and Ray the physical therapy gentleman, Heather and more I just can’t recall everyone’s name. I bring my daughter with me at times and Amanda and the other lovely lady’s in the front will watch her for me when necessary.Definitely will have this location in mind in the future if needed. Hopefully it won’t be needed. But if so , I hope it’s the same people I am working with now.
